Manufacturing Process

  • ALUMINIUM SLUGS

    Aluminium slugs with minimum purity of 99.7% are used These slugs are lubricated with Eco friendly lubricant prior to impact extrusion
  • IMPACT EXTRUSION

    Cylindrical shape of the can is achieved by Impact extrusion
  • TRIMMING & BRUSHING

    Extruded cans are trimmed to provide the expected length , brushing is done during the same process if necessary
  • INTERNAL LACQUERING

    Internal surface is coated by protective epoxy phenolic lacquer which is compatible to the product filled
  • BASE COATING

    The external surface of the cans can be white coated, brushed or pearlised finish
  • PRINTING

    Cans are printed by dry offset printing process with maximum six colors on a base
  • EXTERNAL OVER VARNISH

    Protective external varnish is applied with shiny, matt or mixed effect
  • NECKING & BODY SHAPING

    Varieties of shoulder types (round, grooved, tapered, shaped) and rims (rolled or turned) by utilizing up to 28 stations result the final shape of the can body
  • PACKAGING

    Honeycomb units are modeled from the cans which are shrink / stretch wrapped and laid in corrugated cartons with multiple layers for safe transportation
